The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.
HOW TO ENTER
The contest starts on January 18th, 2011 at 12:01:01 a.m. ET (the "Contest Starting Date") on the www.mrlube.com/survey website (the “Client Contest Website”) and ends on January 17th 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Closing Date").
No purchase necessary. To enter, you must be invited to complete a survey by a representative of the Sponsor by receiving an invitation (the "Invitation") at a participating location on a cash register receipt, invitation card or by email, and complete the survey online on the Client Contest Website between the Contest Starting Date and the Contest Closing Date (the "Contest Period"). Limit one entry per invitation. Complete the survey within the designated selection fields marked on the online contest form. All areas marked with an asterisk ("*") must be filled out prior to submitting your form. Each online survey shall receive one (1) entry to the draw. All surveys and information become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Postal codes will be used by the Sponsor for customer mapping purposes. In the event of a dispute, the entrant will be the person in whose name was entered in the appropriate area within the survey.
In order to enter the contest without being invited and completing a survey, send a postage paid envelope with the following information enclosed: first name, last name, home telephone number, full address and email address (if any) to:

Limit one request per postage postmarked envelope. Each mail-in entry must be completed by hand and not duplicated. Each mail-in entry shall receive one (1) entry to the draw.
For purposes of the contest draw, each person, household, group or organization is restricted to five (5) survey completions or mail-in requests per draw. Respondents leaving a common telephone contact number will be considered, for purposes of the contest draw, to belong to the same household, group or organization and therefore are subject to the above restriction. Any excess survey completions or mail-in requests will be deleted for purposes of the draw.
For the prize drawing, online entries must be received by the Contest Closing Date and mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the Contest Closing Date and received no later than January 16, 2012.
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority n their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. CONTEST IS VOID IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, AND WHERE PROHIBITED. You are not eligible if, during the Contest Period you are or you live with or your immediate family member (parent, child, sibling and spouse of any of the foregoing) is an employee, representative, or agent of the Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, licensees or Empathica Inc.
There will be a random draw for the prizes which will take place at 23:59:59 pm EST on the Monday of each week for the weekly draws completed in the previous week. The draw will be held at the offices of Empathica Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. A separate draw will be held for each week of the contest. Entries will be included in the contest for the week that they were received and non-winning entries will not be carried over to subsequent draws.
The prizes will be awarded to the first fifty two (52) persons whose entry are drawn and otherwise comply with the Contest Rules. If a selected entrant chooses not to accept the prize, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded. You do not need to be present at the draw in order to win.
The selected entrants will be contacted by telephone or email, must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question prior to awarding of prize and may be required to sign and return (within 14 days of receipt) a declaration and release. If the selected entrant does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, does not comply with the Contest Rules or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw date, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. The prize will be sent to the winner.
CHANCES OF WINNING
The chances of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By entering, contestants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws.
By entering, entrants agree that the Sponsor shall not bear any liability for (a) entries which are lost, postage-due, stolen, illegible, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed (including, in the case of on-line entries, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (b) the loss, theft or misuse of the prize, or (c) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize (including, in the case of on-line entries, injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software) or resulting from downloading any material from the contest website.
No correspondence will be entered into except with a selected entrant who qualifies to win a prize. By entering, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, address, comments and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity, except where prohibited. All entries become the property of the Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the entry form download portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. In the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, Sponsor shall select winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
Surveys obtained through fraudulent means or through an abuse of the Contest or in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, are disqualified.
